Noticed after a recent update initially I have seen an error message once in a while after waiting in the queue for 4-5 mins saying something like “Auto polling error” failed to connect to a game. I got this today again but happened first time I tried to find a match again it now saying to wait for an hour coz I seem to quit a match early. I have not played a game in a day and the message is not correct. I have waiting for an hour to try it again and got the same error again and now I am suspended for 2 hours. Please help me resolve this issue.

Hello @Zodiac
It seems that you have some network issue and the game thinks you are quitting while in queue thus you are getting penalties.
If you are using antivirus, please make sure you add the whole folder of the game to the exception list.
I also recommend you to disable mods and restart the game after that.

This seems to happen more often lately, I have however had nether network outages monitored nor an active anti-virus.
