May set up a China server? it is hard for us to play in the AGE2:DE because of the ping

And it is always connected to a Korea or SouthEastAsia Server,i remembered it is easy to play in AGE2 2013 with low ping. But in AGE2:DE always 200+ ping.Many people of us buy it but have a bad experience
in Multiplayer game.Thank you so much.
