Who hasn’t? Those things are impossible to complete without cobra cars, the only campaign I’ve ever managed to beat without cheating is William Wallace.

There were enough euro civs in the game but still 4 more were added . So this meme basically says that they’ll will keep on adding more and more civs from Europe even though that has been done to death .
