:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

Meritocracy, the upgrade you can get at the Zen settlement, lowers upgrade costs for most military upgrades. But while it affects everything else at the (advanced) arsenal it does not work on ‘‘Paper cartridge’’ and ‘‘Military drummers’’ for some reason.
This also applies to Legendary Native Warriors at the Capitol

:arrow_forward: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

When the Zen are present & advanced arsenal is played:

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Ally with the Zen settlement
  2. Get to at least the commerce age
  3. Research meritocracy at the Zen settlement
  4. Send the ‘‘Advance Arsenal’’ card
  5. Hover over ‘‘Paper Cartridge’’ & ‘‘Military Drummers’’
  6. Get to Imperial age & build a Capitol
  7. Hover over ‘‘Legendary Native Warriors’’

The cost of these techs should get the proper discount.
