Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. I have no idea how this happened, but the UI disappeared early in the game (around 5:00 in-game time)

UI should show me how much food I have

There is a guy who reported the same bug in July, but as devs left no comment I felt complied to report this again.
