Upon revolting into Rio Grande and then returning to Mexico makes certain techs unobtainable
these techs are (probably not exhaustive):
hacienda coin upgrades
immigrants
cadets
Cathedral infantry & cav production upgrades
factory upgrades (also can’t produce heavies)

@IkoKnight8151 Pls check this, caused by missing “Age3” in tech “DEReturnMXRioGrande”, should be fixed as soon as possible
