Microsoft Account Sign-In unavailable on PS - blocks crossplay

  • Build Number: v.100.19.1611.0

  • Platform: PlayStation 5

  • Operating System: Playstation 5

  • Issue: Since latest update, Microsoft account link has been broken, and the button to relink the account is broken. I can ‘click’ on the “Microsoft Account Sign In” but it doesn’t do anything - doesn’t take me to the sign in page etc. Therefore cannot have cross play turned on

Trigger Event:

Trigger was the latest update - was working fine before that

Repro Steps:

  1. Constant issue - every time I’ve started the game since the new update

Also, tried refreshing my licenses + tried deleting data saved on console & restoring from cloud - still broken

I’m having this issue, did you get a fix?

In case you’re still having the issue - uninstalling & reinstalling the game worked for me. A pain but at least it works now!
