For the US civ, the card “Minuteman Companies” can be sent twice, once during industrial and once after aging up to imperial. Sending the card a second time doesn’t really do anything, so it is a waste of a homecity card.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play U.S. civ with Minuteman Companies in the deck, starting in industrial age.
  2. Send the Minuteman Companies card.
  3. Age up to imperial.
  4. Send the Minuteman Companies card again.

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

Should not be allowed to send a card twice if nothing happens the second time.
