Is it just because I haven’t unlocked them or is the game actually lacking a campaign for the Dehli sultanate, Abbasids, and HRE?
the game has 4 campaigns and not content for every civ in SP
Well I would at least hope the other civs make an appearance in the campaigns.
The Mongol campaign would pit you against the Rus and the Chinese, similar to the AoE 2 version. The Norman and Hundred Years War campaign features both the French and the English. Not sure about the others, guess we’ll have to find out.

I would think at least the Abbasids at least make an appearance in the Mongol campaign.
No idea about where the Dehli Sultante will fit in.
