Load Replays “Spectate With CA” button shows “.” when the search field is used and no recs are currently showing

REPRODUCTION STEPS
List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!
Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Open up the in-game load replays menu and swap to the replays tab
- Try searching for a game with a string which shouldn’t yield any results
- Observe how the area for the Spectate With CA Button is filled by a string of just “.” and the CA logo
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
The button should still contain “Spectate with CA”, as it does in the spectate tab of the multiplayer menu when no results are found for a search
