If you throw a dwarven mine in the way, the enemies will stand around and never reach you.
This Dwarven Gold Mine power need a general change and balance to check a bigger area around it before you could place it.
There is too many ways to abuse it now and use to cheese missions and this will continue forever in any single player content that you play as Thor.
It simple need to check if the area around it is enough for units to pass.
