Mod Request: Explorer Stats Scaling/NG+

Idea: Mod to have your explorer’s stats scale up with home city level (Adjustable setting). Idea is to have the explorer get a very small HP/Damage (or other stats that could be a configurable setting) boost per level of the home city to reward mastering a civ. Maybe diminishing returns after a certain point would be good to prevent it from becoming too OP at very high city levels.

Have been thinking that one thing this game would be interesting to play with would be some form of permanent upgrade system / NG+ for casuals like me. I think the original AOEIII had something similar but it was with the deck getting bigger/stronger the more you leveled up to reward mastery but that doesn’t seem to be a thing for DE

That would extremely out balance the explorers.
