Will there be a mod manager like in AoE 2 DE for AoE 3 DE? I just want to see Wars of Liberty or Napoleonic Era for the upcoming DE.

In how many Levels is it supported.
Extra Civs? New units? New techs? All that stuff is the big question.

Risking to go off-topic, the modding support for the other DE’s have been pretty meager so far (
no possibility to add new civs for both AOE1:DE/AOE2:DE e.g.)
