My game’s not in English so I’m a bit confused. Can I find that among modify attributes like attack, armour etc? For example there’s a “population” attribute that can make a unit cost more than 1 pop but I don’t know if it works for population space too?

They do different things for different units/buildings, which is why they can’t just have one name. Normally only the first one will ever matter for a building. They’re fields in the Genie Editor. For example, basically every unit has this:

Whereas something like the Castle (Ignore the third field, that’s because I’m just taking screenshots out of the Rome at War mod, this is basically the same as the regular game otherwise):
