Hi, are mods going to be allowed in the game? If so, would a gate mod be possible? The only thing that’s missing from AOE 1 is the gates honestly, the rest is just perfect.

Also, is it me or are the graphics of the DEF Edition a little bit dull? The old game is pretty colorful and saturated… hmm… I have reshade but I don’t know if it’s allowed for multiplayer on this game.

Yes. Mods will be allowed. Gates I believe we will know only after launch, as the devs are pretty much ignoring everyone’s questions.
Regarding the graphics I agree with you, this is why I will be playing the classic mode most of the time even on multiplayer.
