Mods that support custom hotkeys still override and forces user onto new profile intead of using their own hotkey profile

mods that support custom hotkeys.json still override and force user onto new profile instead of using their own hotkey profile. anytime a datamod comes with hotkeys.json (even if there are NO changes and an exact duplicate of original hotkeys.json file) it will force user onto a brand new profile and they will have to set up their entire hotkey again

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. create any datamod
  2. include hotkeys.json in it
  3. no changes to hotkeys.json or edit some keys
  4. start the game, it forces user to create new set of key only for the mod
  5. unfeasible, unplayable

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

included hotkeys.json should not override user’s own profile. similar to that of materials or icons json that if default is the same they should use the same keys, and only new ones gets added ontop.
