Disclaimer: Incredibly unimportant polish level tweak.

Issue: Military Academy Technology Researchable by a Mongols Blacksmith has two different tooltip explanations. Specifically, what is not covered by the technology. The Non-IMP tech states that religious units and support units are not covered. The Imp tech states that scouts, religious units and support units are not covered.
