Mongol start needs a buff

You horsemen point is semi valid imo bc in very niche scenarios could you early horsemen for an advantage. More commonly ppl build a stable for early scout harassment, but since scouts are more expensive and animation cancel should be gone…gg?

Lastly you underestimate the early economic benefits and later the feudal age benefits of the Mongol. First off having that 20sec plus of Tc idle time is overcome by not needing to build an early house 40sec into the game (you recup 15sec there). Secondly that ovoo producing stone at a rate of 105 stone/mine, which is equalivant to 2.5 villagers gathering. More on the ovoo, the ovoo not only gives you options to double produce units and stronger upgrades but it also makes stuff like your pasture work faster!!!

All in all the 20s losted from packing and stuff will be recaptured early and then some…

you don’t need to idle the tc 15 seconds to build a house. The TC keeps working while you build the house

The villager that you have building the house is idle effectively for 15s compared to a Mongol villager? What’s the different.

If you made 1 villagers and had it just standing around not doing anything. And I make no villagers in that time you made 1…who got more work done?

Also how did you just sidestep all the stuff I said on how mongols reclaimed all their idle TC time?

easy solution, everyone choose Mongol, 1v1, 8v8, all Mongols. ^^

Thankfully Mongols have been nerfed a couple times now so you sometimes see players play other civs :stuck_out_tongue:
