Chinese upgrade cards for the most part do upgrades to affect a banner army or group of banner armies which is very nice design, besides artillery which is also good cause artillery aint trained in armies anymore.
The only card that doesn’t do this is Mongolian scourge since it only affects 3 units and its only missing a buff for meteor hammers for it to complete in my head.
A simple solution - + 2 range for meteor hammers, maybe 2 range for keshiks as well.

I don’t think you should flippantly use the term “OCD” like that. It’s a very real and very debilitating mental illness, not something that mildly upsets you because of being disorganized.

That would be insanely strong for meteor hammers. If anything, they should nerf meteor hammer range by 1 or 2 and make this card bring it back up to where it is currently.
