In the final original mission, if you build a dock, you can upgrade frigates but not monitors.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play Act 3, Mission 8
  2. Build a dock
  3. Observe monitor upgrades are not present

Unsure if this is deliberate or a bug, but imperial upgrades should ordinarily be there
