Issue: Favor is immediately granted on finishing a Wonder or Monument, proportional to the time it was a foundation.

When building a Monument or Wonder, favor is granted based on the time it was a foundation. It may be other trickle-related buildings as well. For example, if you stall a Wonder or Monument for 5 minutes, it will give an amount equal to around how much favor it would have produced if it was already completed.

Trigger Event: Place a favor trickling building, E.G. Monument or Wonder. Finish building it after a wait time then receive a bundle of favor immediately.

Repro Steps:

  1. Place Wonder or a Monument as a foundation.
  2. Wait a moderate amount of time, such as 5 minutes.
  3. Finish building it.
  4. Notice a huge stockpile of favor being granted.
