Recently I’ve been finding more and more cheaters, each of them cost me half to an hour to record the video, pinpoint the timepoints of offending behaviors, upload to youtube, and write an email to report.
I’m getting tired and frustrated of it, since I could have spend my valuable time for playing games instead of doing these, but I do like to play AOE4 and thus I have to do my free labour in this way.
To be honest, I think this game will lose its vitality soon, as the number of cheaters are growing so fast these days, with more harmful hacking tools, such as change opponent’s civ choice, disconnect the opponent, getting extra resources (which I think is really new and insane), etc. We can only see people complaining about these and it’s even getting boring when heard about cheating, yet there are no official actions or plans against these heard.
