I agree with all of those. I mentioned some of them in my own thread recently: New resource source ideas (like chikens, foxes and oysters)
Not sure about the ability of Fishing Ships to collect wood from Mangrove trees. That would completely change the balance of a lot of existing maps. Potential for a crazy water boom because both Docks and Fishing ship only cost Wood so it they can be used to get more Wood your eco could grow very fast.
Also it would look a little silly if ships would cut trees.
