Mountain Hall Defense Bonus does not affect Docks

Issue: Mountain Hall Defense Bonus does not affect Docks

As described in title. Based on other similar abilities such as the Sea Gate Castle, I would expect this ability to be able to affect Docks with Naval Arrowslits, but it does not.

Trigger Event: Default behavior

Repro Steps:

  1. Gather 1000 Karma with Mountain Hall
  2. Observe Attack speed difference on Dock with Naval Arrowslits
