Issue: Mounted Villager is not benefit with Specialized Pick in Feudal Age and Shaft Mining in Castle Age

Mounted Villager → No techs + 1 minute minning gold → 81-82 gold
Mounted Villager → Specialized Pick + 1 minute minning gold → 81-82 gold
