hey guys my mouse is not working :frowning: my keyboard works fine but my mouse is not detected in the ps5 version (mouse works in other games)

Plataform is PS5 Pro
V.100.18.7603.0 (531891R)

I don’t know if they fixed it but I restarted my ps5 and now the mouse works

Hi @Termineitor_Cl.

If you are still experiencing this issue, I’d start out by double-checking that the Mouse & Keyboard option is fully enabled via the in-game Settings.

If it is, then the next step would be attempting a power-cycle of your PlayStation 5.

  1. Turn Off Your PS5
  • Before performing a hard reboot, it’s important to power down your console properly. To do this:
    • Press and hold the power button on the front of the console for about three seconds, or until you hear two beeps.
    • Wait for the power indicator light to stop blinking and turn off completely. This indicates that the console has been powered down.
    • Note: Do not unplug the console while the power indicator light is still blinking, as this may result in data loss or damage to the system.
  1. Unplug the Power Cable
  • Once the power indicator light is off, unplug the power cable from the back of the console.
    Wait for at least 30 seconds. This allows the console to discharge any residual power and ensures a proper hard reboot.
  1. Plug the Power Cable Back In
  • After waiting for at least 30 seconds, plug the power cable back into the back of the console.
    Make sure the cable is securely connected and that there are no loose connections.
  1. Power On Your PS5
  • Press the power button on the front of the console to turn it back on.
  • Wait for the console to boot up. The startup process may take slightly longer than usual, as the system performs a self-check after the hard reboot.

If these steps have not resolved the issue with your Mouse being detected, could you please confirm what brand of mouse you are using?

Hi! Is the mouse response working fine for you?
Do you feel any lag when playing with mouse?

I have tried the troubleshooting but the mouse is still not working. Keyboard works fine. The mouse is a Logitech MX Master 3S. The same mouse works just fine on other games on PS5.
Can you suggest any solution?
