Move command does not work on the lower edges of the map when there are elevations

Issue:

Secondary click for commanding units to move them does not work close to elevated map edges in the south (west and east). Affected areas below:
AoEDE_s 2021-12-09 16-05-20-334

Reproduction steps:

Simply select a unit and command it to move very close to the edges of the scenario that include elevations.
