Finally after so many attempts I have solved the multiplayer problem.

I installed age of empires 3 (supposedly it fixed the broken files), it didn’t work

My problem was with Windows Update, (an update that threw an error in Windows Defender)

I solved it with this program, The tool can be downloaded from the following link:
