Multiplayer lobbly chat being invisible to certain players

Issue:

Players who picked colors chat being invisible to players who doesn’t have a color.
Not exactly sure because I couldn’t get people to test the exact scenario.
There might be other scenarios where chat being invisible to some people.

Reproduction Steps:

Open a multiplayer lobbly and get enough people with diff team / diff color mix to test it out
