Multiple campaign scenarios have the wrong maximum population limit (or the wrong hints)

Most campaign scenarios state the maximum allowed population in the hints. However, for a number of scenarios, those claims are not true to the gameplay experience: Instead, in all of those cases, the actual maximum population is 200. This issue occurs in the following maps:

Attila 2 (claims max pop of 75, in truth it’s 200 - easiest to tests since huns don’t need houses)
Kotyan Khan 2 (claims max pop of 150, in truth it’s 200)
Kotyan Khan 3 (claims max pop of 150, in truth it’s 200)
Bari 1 (claims max pop of 125, in truth it’s 200)
Yodit 1 (claims max pop of 100, in truth it’s 200)
Honfoglalás (claims max pop of 100 or 150 depending on nomadic/settled style, in truth it’s 200)
Vinlandsaga (claims max pop of 100, in truth it’s 200)
Hastings (claims max pop of 125, in truth it’s 200)
Le Loi 3 (claims max pop of 150, in truth it’s 200)
Le Loi 4 (claims max pop of 120, in truth it’s 200)

These 10 are the ones I have encountered during my current full campaign playthrough. There may be more, because I may not have gotten to maximum population in all scenarios (though I have tried to do so).

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start the campaign scenarios mentioned
  2. Read the hints
  3. Build houses until your maximum population doesn’t increase anymore, and check if there’s a difference between the stated and actual maximum population allowed

Same issue here. Maybe the developers forget to fix this since it doesn’t break overall experience anyway.

I’ve just played through the Le Loi campaign (on update 155976), and I can confirm that both scenarios 3 and 4 are still bugged (population-wise).
