The mute button in the diplomacy (resource tribute screen) does not work, and after closing it I can still hear the emotes of the person I muted

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go into the diplomacy screen (where resources are tribute)
  2. Click on the speech button of the person spamming emotes
  3. Close diplo screen
  4. Still hear emotes from muted player
  5. Go back into diplo screen and find the x over the muted players emotes no longer present

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

I was supposed to not hear the emotes of the player I tried to mute. Also, please include some form of autofill. It’s really annoying have to reselect my build, windows model, Steam vs MS store etc.

Unfortunately we could not reproduce your issue. Is it happening to you everytime? Do you have a video with it?

Do you know how I could make a video to go with it? I’m using a windows 10 DELL computer with Xbox gaming. This was the first time I had ever tried to use the mute button as it was the only time I had experienced someone spamming emotes. For that reason I don’t think I would be able to reproduce it

I like to use Windows+G, a record button is there

I was able to get an example of the mute button not working, this time in the pre game lobby. It clearly shows the mute button being selected (as evidenced by an x) and yet I still hear the emotes. Also, uploading this file took a solid 5 minutes. Do you know how I can quicken that time, since my internet is fine and the file is only 13.4 MB.
