Subject: Issue with installed DLC not loading in the game

Dear Community,
I have several downloadable content (DLC) installed for Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition on Steam. Although the DLC appears as correctly installed in my library, it does not load or become available for play in-game. This issue particularly affects the following content:
Lords of the West
Dawn of the Dukes
Dynasties of India
I have tried several solutions, including verifying the integrity of local files, clearing the download cache, restarting Steam, and even reinstalling add-ons, but the problem persists.
I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue and properly accessing the content listed as installed.
