section_type ownersonly – looks like it is just something they are keeping on their backend on steam. Could be anything. Something they might use to pass the game around for free— anything.
Deluxe Edition it isn’t considering there’s a separate DLC for that.

I’ve only seen the developer/publisher pages on steam a few times in my life-- but it can be used for practically anything they want.
It’s Cardinal Council. We received a special monument in game.
