Good job with all those flags! Now here with the Inca, while the intention is good the reason it is hard to find symbols and heraldry the way the europeans used it’s because Incas didn’t have them, at least in the traditional european ways which evolved into modern flags. Inca and other andean civs were actually quite good in tailoring and developed complex and unique techniques, fine fabrics from multitude of materials were considered luxury goods and often made royal tributes and ceremonial offerings, they also developed complex pattern and color meaning which showed cultural and ethnic representation, similar to heraldry, but much more complex called “Tocapus”, some researchers have Even theorized it actually was some kind of writing system.

As Tocapus often represented entre Ayllus, Panakas and even entire nations, they could very well be used to fetch a flag, here are some examples for inspiration (Tocapus were worn like tabards actually):
