NEW DLC Install Notification pop up bug on every startup of the game

I keep getting a notification of the Expansion Pass DLC is available to install even after I already have it installed already as show in the above picture.

Trigger Event:

After starting the game and being on the main menu.

Repro Steps:

Start the game and when on the main menu I keep getting the NEW DLC Install pop up from the aforementioned picture. It happens 100% of the time after starting up the game.

This still happens I wish it would get fixed.

Is one of the most annoying things because we dont know if is an invitation of someone or is this nonsense notification.

Fixed a bug that caused incorrect notifications for the Expansion Pass DLC to appear on Xbox that said the content was ready for install. These notifications would appear even in cases when all the Expansion Pass content was already installed.

So this issue was finally fixed with this new patch.
