Hey @GoldenArmorX, thanks for keeping this thread updated with all the community event cosmetics. I stopped playing for over a year after I missed out on the Russian bear skin. Good to see that they’re rotating back now!
Do you have a list of all the skins available through the community events? How about ones like the astronaut for the United States, is it possible to earn those now? Have there been any other time-limited events I’ve missed?
Astronaut was related to the DLC event, is not part of the current rotation if they repeated the last one. Feel free to ask for more specific ones

Some bugs detected:
Check does not complete: Sometimes the game completion check does not appear when you finish 1 or 2 games. Try to log in to Xbox or press update. If it does not work, do it anyway and then Restart the game (exit, and reopen the program). That should complete the Check.
The logo that says you acquired a hero does not appear, but I still acquired it: It happened to me, I do not know why it happens. I want to assume that it is because the weekly Banner prize interferes with the appearance of the congratulations screen for obtaining a hero. Since the game only allows 1 ad at a time, that happens.
No, unfortunately I don’t have a list in the order they came out. I remember that I took a lot screenshots, but since I take screenshots of several games I play, these are from a year and a half ago and I already have them saved in a memory apart. But I do remember several of the ones that happened before:

Hello, the January event for Zhen Yi Shao has just ended.
February begins with the French heroine of February, Marianne, Lady Liberty.
Don´t forget to play one game for week to unlock her and wait until the last days of the month where the numbers of plays are enough to unlock globally the new hero (when the star become Yellow).

By the way, Marchs hero was an Indian elephant. Since I already had it, I didn’t get any notifications that I had it, but in theory, if you log in you might be able to get it, or maybe you’ll need to play four games, but anyway, it’s worth a try.

Apparently, the required quota wasn’t reached until the last day, the April 30th. The hero was Thor, but I already had him from last year.
This is serious; people aren’t playing the game enough to get all the weekly heroes, so just a heads up: until a certain number of games (10,000 or whatever) is reached across the community, the hero won’t be unlocked.
The 4-game thing is an incentive to increase the counter, but the real thing is always the 10,000 counter. You must play all 4 games and log in by the last day of the month to get it.

They should make a one-click action of changing the rewards for new, more appealing ones, like those for the past events.
Considering they have been desperately reusing works and cutting cost, this is so easy and straightforward.

In Age of Mythology Retold, its monthly event system gives you 30 days to claim the prizes you collected the previous month, so you don’t have to spend the last few days waiting to see if the reward has been reached, as is still the case in AoE3:DE.
In fact, they may have learned from AoE3’s mistake with the prizes:
