Hello. This profile was my opponent. I choose English but automaticly game give me Abbasid. And he is clearly defeat me. After that i look his aoe4world account and his all opponents are Abbasid

I just got a notification of a ban, so they either banned this guy or the guy I reported on the other post:
the other thing you reported is a bug and its not a hack
which relic has failed to fixed, when i play english it happen randomly especially if u villager rush
