New portraits:
Spain is a vanilla civ, I don’t understand why it doesn’t have any portrait of lancer, rod, conqueror or even Delgado (my avatar):
when will we get them?

Spain has misionero portrait!
Those are portraits for new units and not player avatars, theyre not (as of yet) available as player avatars ingame. Currently on the PUP there is no sign of new avatars being made available, either as event rewards or weekly rewards.
The Cannoneer you listed is available btw, its near the bottom of the list.
