Just loaded up the game and been going through the new stuff added in the latest patch.
For portugal it says a new card: [NEW] Feitorias (I): Causes your Town Centers to slowly generate resources
This card I cannot find in age 1 where it says it should be, nor in any other age it appears to have been forgotten.

I was going to report the same thing.
It’s true:
The card is missing.
Also, some of the ottoman cards are in black

yes, it is true. it should be a powerful card for Portugal.
