The Dutch Skirmisher and Russian Settlers should be given new names and art/skins.

Russian Settlers should be renamed to Serf and get the Merchant/Yoruk Treatment.
Some time ago, I created a thread discussing Dutch units and mentioned skirmishers. While searching through online historical records, I came across a 17th-century unit that would serve perfectly as a counterpart to the European skirmisher: the Geuzen. The Geuzen were Dutch skirmishers who fought for Dutch independence in the 17th century and also operated as guerrilla fighters in the Dutch forests and along the coast.

It’s mostly just giving them the Recrut treatment. I’m not arguing for stat changes, just a cometic change. Same with the Russian Serf.
