Issue:
The new Achievements from the Yue Fei’s Legacy DLC don’t show up at all on Xbox App on my PC regardless if they have been unlocked yet or not as seen below
Achievements on Microsoft Store and Xbox are currently unavailable. The team is investigating and will make these available as soon as possible.

I have the same problem as a steam user. The achievement doesn’t unlock. I gave finished every mission on hard difficulty.
Serve the Country with Perfect Loyalty achievement still wont unlock after this new update from today 
Still not fixed with the June 18th update on unlocking Serve the Country with Perfect Loyalty achievement. I wonder when the bug will finally get fixed and unlock for me.

Many people can’t even get the Norman campaign completion achievement. If they haven’t fixed that in 4 years then they won’t fix this one either.
