Honestly as a nordic i want to say the Elite Berserker should be way more neat than just a thick grown bushy beard.

I’m assuming UU of new civs will also have different skin for elite. But we have not seen any in the screenshots so far. Camel catapult, Iron Pagoda, Grenedier, Big Shield Infantry all had one skin. Even Fire Lancer and Rocket Cart had only one skin.

The tech tree they previewed shows a different skin for the elite fire lancer. I imagine all elite versions of units will get unique skins going forward.
What’s to imagine here, when it is written in the news itself that elite skins are going to be different?
They really only mentioned the castle UU. SMUM15236 was wondering about non-castle unique units, I said I think they will have different elite skins also.
When I say I imagine, it’s because it is impossible to know fully until the update is out.

Well, regional units always have different skin for Elite version. In fact, back in DOI puzzle pic, we knew EA will be regional unit because they showed a less fancy EA.
I remember making an analysis video about that and being confused because I still didn’t believe that the Indians would be split. I thought that they would stay the same, with Elephant Archers being their UU still.

I didn’t look that deep into the tech tree picture. Yes, Fire Lancer do have a different skin for elite. Hopefully Rocket Cart will also have different skin.
I think it is not really possible to correctly guess all 5 civs from the sneak peek. They litearlly said we wouldn’t get everything.
