No matches or lobbies available - still can't test a multiplayer game

Important information:

  • Version (101.101.39211.0, latest one as of 2019-11-17)
  • Platform (Steam)
  • Eastern Canada
  • GTX 960 4GB, Intel i7-6700K, 32GB RAM, runs on SSD.

Issue:
Been happening since release day. No matches or lobbies available but many people on my friends list are hosting (they also claim no one is joining). Sunday afternoon, I can’t find ANY games ranked or un-ranked. Lucky if I find two active lobbies that aren’t private. Had to wait 30 mins for one 2v2 ranked game to queue, and then disconnect in the middle of the countdown. Can’t find my friends games either, only direct invitations work.

This is a known issue, alternatively you can try inviting people or asking for an invite for their server.

The lobbies I have in the photo are corrupt. Tried joining them and nothing happens. These lobbies have been displayed there for 2 hours already.

My point is to report this product issue as a user despite them acknowledging it upon the final release. I personally don’t know that many people who play this game 24/7 so inviting players one by one may be an issue for me. Hope they fix this really soon as it has been 3 days already.
