I completed all the challenges but some rewards I never got

I don’t see any of the three portraits. I wasn’t even given a sentence-tactile reward. The one that came right in was not rewarded, even though I cleared it apart from the Polar Bear Monument and gift wrapping (sentence-tactile).

Yes, I also sincerely hope that it will be resolved in the next hotfix. This event challenge is really a mess
I’ve never done this before, but I’m really dizzy. I think this happened because the event challenge is conducted without proper inspection.
