Well isn’t that just interesting!
Predicting an October or November update followed by the early-mid December DLC release. Not putting money on it.
It seems that the purchase of the forgotten company condemned the game even more than it already was.
FE on Steamdb has been MIA for two months now.
I think WE bite off more than it could chew trying to manage all these games at once. The Chinese expansion for AoMR is scheduled to come out this year too, or at least that is what I remember seeing.
Pray to the Capy God our devs will return.
It would be unlikely to get a patch in September. Seeing how there’s now probably just 1 team managing all age games, and aomr is just around the corner, that team is probably going to be busy hotfixing aomr for the entirety of September.
It’s the Third season with this saga right?
No moderating either, so many hackers playing now with the map revealed
there will be an announcement of End of Support for AOE3 3 months after the said dlc.
Doubtful. The game is doing well, despite not having new content for months.
You mean despite lackluster support AND laughably bad communication.
Actually it’s probably only the players themselves too stuborn to cede.
I did made predictions back in February or March that any news, patch, notes, or communication will come out at least in September. Oh boy, can’t wait being proven wrong again.
I don’t understand your logic. Ofc it is the players keeping a game alive, that’s what games are for, do you expect chatgpt to 1v1 copilot?
Ofcourse! it’s Age of Mythology Time
Wow, this went bleak quickly!
Sure the whole PUP situation sucks, however support will pick up again once there’s less AOM focus. I mean we have a DLC up and coming so it’s a big ol’ shot in the foot if there’s no follow up.
I know that the developers and the company itself pay little attention to the game, but we are still here, and since this is my favorite game, even if the company announces the end of support or development of new content, I will continue to play and try to invite friends to play, simply playing is the only way to show the company that it should still continue AOE3.
Exactly!
Even better we could help to promote the game by organizing events, challenges, championships, crowdfunding for new Mods, Unofficial DLCs and so!
The things I’d get to if I got crowdfunding for my mods lmao. But I see no practical nor uncontrovertial manner to accomplish that.

…Should I just learn to make my own age of empires 3? Is modding da wae for the community now?
If this update doesn’t strengthen the Swede I’m giving up on the game.
