They never release patch notes ahead of time unless there is a PUP. They do the exact same for AOE2, 4, and M (RIP to AOE1 with its single update).
We will see all the goodies in a couple days and just need to hope the 8 xbow shipment isn’t broken again.

The 8 Xbow shipment being broken and for as long as it was will go down in history as the epitome of how things go around here.
