I just started playing this game and it seems there is still this issue years later. Looks like it wont be fixed. I guess ill just uninstall now. Devs clearly dont care about this game
I played through the campaign on hard and unlocked everything without any problems
Yeah, it’s clearly not happening to everyone. However it’s a bug that seems to affect some and if it does the portrait will not unlock. I’ve tried completing again on higher difficulty etc. Still no portrait and zero response regarding the issue.
It has just happened to me. Norman campaign completed, Matilda is still locked… 
Same here, July 1st 2025. Anyone find a way to fix this? Clearly no response from anyone…
As of 2025.11.06, even after the new patch and DLC launch, the bug is still present.
I have the same problem. Everything is completed, but:
- No Achievement
- No portrait
One of the fixes is to replay the last mission (1217, Lincoln), without saving or loading a save, also don’t skip any cinematics and after mission completion press continue. (This didn’t work for me)
i just finished THE NORMANS Campaing and still didnt achieved the portrait…
Guys it has been over 4 years. How is this still an issue? The achievement and portrait refuses to unlock, and the problem was acknowledged by the dev team years back. It is not like this game stopped development and support. It is being actively worked on.
Please fix this bug.
