Not going to first town center when I click the TC hotkey

Before this version, if there are more than 1 tc, when I click somewhere else, and then click TC hotkey, it will always return to first TC, but now it doesn’t

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Go to castle age and build 2 more town center (so total 3 town center)
2. Go to second TC
3. Click on somewhere else (e.g. click on a villager)
4. Click the town center hotkey

EXPECTED RESULT

It will go to 3rd TC, which I expect should go to first TC in past version
