Can we have the health bars pop a little or highlight on mouse hover? So we can know we are about to click on the unit we want. Righ now let’s say I want to pick an injured vill, I have to keep clicking to pick the right one. If there’s a visual feedback on mouse hover it would be great.

Great idea. The visual feedback of which unit you have selected is way way too hard to see.
