Since the release of the Chieftains DLC, the game on Xbox has been unplayable. I am in contact with support—they reply to emails, thank me for reaching out, and say they are looking into the issue, but there is no information on when it will actually be fixed.
I understand that bugs can happen and that it takes time to resolve them. However, it is absurd that for over a month I have not been able to play a game I have spent a lot of money on, especially considering all the DLCs I have purchased. Does anyone know of a more effective way to report this issue than repeatedly sending bug reports?
It is completely frustrating that I haven’t been able to play my favorite game for over a month. On top of that, there is another bug—present for more than six months—where selecting all Town Centers does not work properly when one of them is under construction.
Maybe someone knows a way to contact the developers more directly or take action so they actually try to fix the game, instead of me having to wait another month just to be able to play again.
